see the only problem with me is i dont actually kno how much carbs and protein i need but i do eat alot of chicken tuna and steak bassically any decent meat,and i eat lots of fruits like blueberrys banannas apples ect,but im 6ft7,and i weight at 14 stone so how much protein and carbs would i need

@johnosandra i think he meant to say half a gram cuz thats almost imppossible to get that much. like sya your 200 pounds that means you ahve to take in 300g of protein per day thats just impossible unless you eat steak like 6 or 7 times a day and even that prolly wont be enough
