@tjerichard There’s nothing wrong his form on the deadlift seriously thats the perfect deomonstration he’s driving through with his legs so i dont know why you say his forms shit.
A lot of ruh-tards here. Vince is a genuine guy trying to help people out. If you don’t need his help, don’t bother commenting. He’s using lightweights so he won’t max out for a video session.
his dead lifts weren’t super bad, just bad , his dumbbell press’s were actually dumbbell fly’s , his bent over rows had to much movement since that should be more of an isolated movement instead of the cheating movement he demonstrated, squats were good form …. annnnd thats all i got to say about that
Exercise 2: Uum, yeah thats flyes, not chest press……. Also, exercise 5 is not military press, but shoulder press. Military press is when you lower the bar to your chest… It was also in a smith which is gay……

my weight x 18 is 3400 cal. thats alot of food! seems way too high. ive been staying around 2500. this must be for really skinny guys.

for me natural bodybuilding is without amino or creatin or protein powder just aet and train
5×5 for 10 exersises with 90 second rest? Okay I can’t do that… Its possible, but with way lower weigth than real 5RM.
