Muscle Mass Building Workout

I want to show you some of my ” workout. There is a lot of little things you have to do, but you can get far ahead of the competition if you stick to the basics of good results. It took me many years to learn what I know today. Most of it was learned completely by trial and error. This isn’t a method of learning that I recommend. Smart research that focuses on the science of muscles, rather than the generalized misinformation in society is what you want to learn. I’m going to show you exactly what you’re going to need to know to be successful.
That first part of my muscle mass building working is the great advantage you get by doing compound exercises versus the isolated ones. In one way or another, I bet you probably do 80% or more of your workout as isolated. These are the exercises that focus on just one muscle group, typically a small one like biceps. Compound exercises stimulate far more muscle because they work many muscle groups at the same time. This is why I suggest to people to do squats and dead lifts, because they really work.
A key to being successful with your muscle mass building workout is the need to constantly throw a curve ball to your body. The thing about training methods is that they plateau. This happens because the body learns how to deal with the workout and has no reason to grow anymore. This is why doing something completely different can get things working again and you can start to get results.
